Air Traffic Control Specialist

Spectrum Software Technology (SST) is currently seeking a highly motivated Sr ATC Specialists for our civil aviation programs. The position requires 15+ years of Air Traffic Control experience. FAA experience strongly desired. This role is based out of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)’s William J. Hughes Technical Center adjacent to the Atlantic City International Airport, New Jersey.  Approx 15-20 hours, flexible hours. 

The ATC Specialist will be working in support across multiple groups at the FAA’s William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC).

Duties:

• Provide general support to Tech Ops , Air Traffic Control Centers, Terminal Radar Approach Control facilities (TRACONs) Towers, and Air Traffic Services (ATS) Headquarters and Regional offices
• Assist in identifying, analyzing, coordinating, resolving, and reporting resolutions for project implementation issues;
• Apply ATC expertise to support assessments, planning, and management activities
• Attended weekly meetings

Qualifications

• 15 years of relevant ATC experience
• FAA experience strongly desired
• Local to the NJ area
